Purpose

Purpose Comes Before Partnership

By Dr. Hesed Ojieh

A relationship cannot supply the direction a life is missing.

Partnership is not a substitute for purpose. It is an amplifier of it.

When two people arrive without direction, the relationship is asked to supply meaning it was never designed to produce. Disappointment follows, and it is usually misread as incompatibility.

Purpose comes before partnership because assignment comes before attraction. Knowing what your life is for changes who you notice, what you accept, and what you are willing to build.

This is why the Relationship Readiness Assessment begins with identity and purpose. Clarity there changes every dimension that follows.
